For those of you who have been witness to a FINRA arbitration then you already know that it is neither speedy or cost efficient.  The anything goes attitude, the disregard for rules and legal boundaries, and the outright lies that the defense uses were an everyday occurance.

Curtis Sathre, investment advisor and John Schooler, President of WFP Securities were one of the sellers of Private Placements etc. including several Ponzi schemes - Medical Capital, Provident, Striker Petroleum and numerous other unsuitable investments (most of which are out of busiess or have lost most of their value) such as Desert Capital, US Advisor, Reef Oil and Gas, Texas Keystone, Behringer Harvard, Triple Net, and even unregistered securities.
The arbitrators ruled that there was nothing wrong with WFP Securities and Curtis Sathre putting $2.3 million dollars,100% of a retired persons money (mine) in 100% private placements / unregistered securities / non-traded REITS.  Did he do the same to you?
